1. HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We ship orders every day between Monday and Friday. We make our items to order so shipping would normally occur within two weeks.
2. WHEN WILL YOU CHARGE MY ORDER TO MY CREDIT CARD?
We will charge your credit card when your order is shipped.
3. WILL YOU BE CHARGING SALES TAX TO MY ORDER?
We only charge sales tax if your shipping address is in Colorado.
4. MAY I RETURN AN ITEM?
Yes. Mail back the unused item you would like to return in the original packaging. Please include a note, or e-mail us your reason for returning the items. We will credit your card upon reciept of the item being returned.
5. HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
We prefer to have items returned within 14 days, but can make exceptions when necessary.
6. CAN I PLACE A SPECIAL ORDER?
Yes. We have had occasions to match items to wedding color schemes. E-mail us at justanotheroriginal@msn.com with your request and we'll see what we can do!
7. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEMS?
Everything is dishwasher-safe on the top rack only. Otherwise handwash.
8. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
SHIPPING SPECIAL!!! FLAT RATE OF $3.00 ANYWHERE IN THE U.S.!!!
Our goal is to only charge enough to come close to covering our costs. These are the ground shipping rates applied to your order if your shipping address is within Colorado. In addition, if you live within the Denver Metro area you can arrange to pick up your item and pay no shipping! Please contact us if your interested in this option.

$50.01 to $100.00 = $6.95
$100.01 to $149.99 = $8.95
$150.00 up = $10.95
These are the ground shipping rates for anywhere else within the United States.
$0 to $25.00 = $5.95
$25.01 to $50.00 = $6.95
$50.01 to $75.00 = $8.95
$75.01 to $100.00 = $10.95
$100.01 to $125.00 = $11.95
